It’s time to check in with the week’s progress. It is not nearly as much as I would have liked it to be though.
Revised through chapter 8, cut words and added some more. According to my trusty spreadsheet the added words is 427, however, since I cut words as well it could be more.
My goal this week is to write my synopsis (thanks to the KITB from my CP, Laurie K.), revise at least one more chapter, and work on the upcoming TARA retreat.
If you aren’t already reading the Manuscript Mavens blog, check it out. This week they are blogging about workshops. Oh, and there is a poll where you can vote on the name of us who read the blog. Six days left to vote.
How did you do this past week? Meet your goals or come close?
WW’s and PD’s,
Vicki

Congratulations on steady continued progress on your revisions.
I'm working on a new story so I'm working on story premise and character development for the hero and heroine.
Thanks Pat, it has been steady, but slow as well. I'm hoping for that slow and steady wins the race thing... :)
I can't wait to be working on a new story. I love that process. We still need to do lunch!!
Great progress, Vicki!
Which reminds me... I forgot to post on the BCL yesterday...
Hey Vicki!
News for you on my blog!
Met some goals, missed some others. And made some I didn't even know about beforehand.
Isn't that the way it always is? :-)
Erica - thanks, I saw your check in today and Yay!! You are doing great. Even with the small stopping point.
Caroyln - WhooHoo, thank your husband for choosing me. I'll have mine on next week. :)
Bill - Isn't it the truth. Just when you think the waters fine, what do you hear??? cue Jaws...
