I had a great b-day week! Yep, it was a week long and fun. On Saturday my friends and I went shopping and then they took me to lunch. Afterwards, Laurie and I went for pedicures. Mine are red and black (think french and the black is where the white would be), with a tiny line of silver under the black. Laurie's? Her signature style.
Its cold in sunny Florida so Science Guy and I had a fire. I love this firepit, although it doesn't look so much like a pit.
Time for the contest of the week. :)
The booksmarks are from my sister's company and I love them. You don't have to ever bend pages, which I don't do anyway. The pics are on both the front and backside.
This is the first group of three with more to come in the next few weeks. Leave your comments all week and I'll choose three winners. Also, check back tomorrow when I'll put the book of the week contest up.

Vicki

What cute bookmarks. But then I'm a bookmark junkie.
Happy "Belated" Birthday. I have my fingernails done in the french style. I love it, they always look so nice. I have never started on the toes yet. Your pedicure colors sounds very interesting. I bet they look good. The bookmarks are different looking. Please put me down for the drawing!!
My daughter and I were shopping for books one day and she picked up the cafe magnet bookmarks and I just loved them. I had to steal one from her but I have used it so much it is starting to wear out. I like that you don't have to bend the pages or put a piece of paper in there that will fall out. I haven't seen the motorcycle ones they are cool.

I've only recently begun using bookmarks. Not sure why and I tend to grab the nearest piece of paper/cardboard that fits into the book.
But these are cool!
Mr. day late and dollar short would like to wish you a belated happy birthday Vicki. Sorry I missed it. Hope you are well.
