Twilight – Late into the Game, But I’m Hooked

I guess you can tell by the title of the blog what I’m going to talk about. Twilight. Yep, most of you have seen the movie and devoured the books, clamoring for the next.

Me, I have the first book (and I’ve order the others), but I hadn’t read it yet. I know, you’re wondering what is wrong with me and have I been living on another planet.

Yeah, well, now that I’ve seen the movie, I’m thinking you may be right. Stephenie Meyer has wonderful twist in the Vampire world. Even down to being or not being in the sun. And then there’s this baseball game. OMG, that was amazing.

I’m reading the book and though some may think I’m doing it in the wrong order, it worked for me. I have them in my head. And yes, there will still be surprises. Like what was actually going through their thoughts when they lay on the grass just looking at each other.

This is a movie and I’m sure a book I’ll want to see/read again.

What about you? Have you read the book(s)? Seen the movie? Are you hooked like me?

Writing Wishes and Plotting Dreams,

Vicki

Yeah, I am hooked. I devoured the books (I think it was last summer....whenever the last book came out) in about a week!
The movie made me laugh for the first 30-45 mins, but it got so much better after Bella knew he was a vamp. The baseball game was amazing, but it was so much better in the book (for me at least). Have you see the first part of Midnight Sun on her website? It is the first book written from Edwards point of view....

L - thanks bunches. I'm ready to watch it again. :)

Natasha - I loved the baseball game and if it's better in the book, that is so cool. I'm going to her site to read Midnight Sun. :)

Ummm....I plead the 5th on both. Well LKap knows that I just bought the book. I do feel its necessary to blame it on her too. LOL

I haven't watched the movie either. It hasn't really appealed to me. Not sure why but there ya go.

I loved the entire Twilight series! I did enjoy the movie, but think the books are much better. Of course, I pretty much feel that way about every book that is made into a movie. Keep reading, the series is wonderful!
